Fine Art Limited Edition Print Information:
Each image is printed on archival paper with pigmented ink (for in-depth information on printing methods click here) and limited in total edition size. The prints are numbered, signed and then printed with the location and/or title on the front, below the image.
The structure of each edition is such that, as prints in the edition sells, the prices for subsequent prints increase at a certain level (as indicated below). Each image is strictly limited to a total edition number of 60 prints, broken down as follows:

Each print comes matted out to the final sizes indicated above. The mats used are museum white, four-ply, archival safe and pH neutral. The mats will be bevel cut with an opening (approximately one-inch) around the actual image. Framing and glass are customer's responsibility.

Please allow up to 3 weeks for domestic checks and bank drafts to clear and up to 6 weeks for checks/bank drafts drawn on non-US banks to clear. Institutions will be invoiced net 30 days, with a signed purchase order. A 50% deposit will be required for large orders.
Sales tax for all California residents is included in the price. Sales tax is not applicable to sales outside California.
Online credit card purchases are done so through our secure server, using the most advanced encryption technology available, to transmit your request. Additionally, we do NOT ever store your credit card number in our database. We feel that the inconvenience of you having to type it in again for future orders is worth the security of knowing that your credit card information is safe.
Prints are sold for display purposes only. No reproduction rights are granted or implied. The photographer retains full copyright of the image. Ownership of a print does not constitute ownership of copyright or any usage rights beyond private display purposes. You are free to use any image on this site to download for a screen saver or comping purposes. You may not print the images out for display purposes. Otherwise, you may not copy, distribute, download or exploit the content on this website, or use it for any other purpose.
Our standard shipping is FedEx 2nd day air within the USA and FedEx International Economy (shipment times vary based on destination) outside the USA. Please contact us should you wish a different method of shipment or would like to use your own courier number.
Shipping and handling costs (insured and registered):
-FedEx 2nd day within USA - Flat rate of $45 for the 1st print and $20 extra for each additional print.
-FedEx international economy outside USA - Flat rate of $75 for the 1st print and $30 extra for each additional print.
You will see a total calculation for shipping & handling before you checkout and before your credit card is charged. You cannot use PO Boxes in your shipping address and all shipments must be signed for. Be sure to include any applicable suite, room, apartment or floor numbers/descriptions.
Your print(s) will usually go out within 7-10 days of order receipt, based on Lorne's travel schedule and other orders pending. Your print will be handled with as much care as possible, and will be shipped to you safely, securely and insured.
As soon as your purchase is shipped, we will email you the shipping date and tracking number.
Foreign shipments are subject to the customs regulations of the country to which they are sent. It is the responsibility of the buyer to handle any customs questions or to settle any official actions taken as a result of an attempt to deliver the order. Customer is responsible for all applicable duty and taxes.
All prints are sent via insured trackable shipping means. Should you receive a damaged print (or not receive the print at all), please contact us immediately so we may begin a claim.
We offer a 15 day, from time of receipt of print(s), money back guarantee. Print(s) must be returned in original condition, by insured trackable means, at the client's cost to:

Refund will be given within 14 days of receipt of print(s) by the same means the order was initially paid for.
Original shipping charges (and any applicable bank wire charges) the client initially paid, will not be refunded. Only the full purchase price of the print(s) will be refunded.
order cancellation policy:
Please submit any cancellation via email or call 323 876 6999. Email cancellations must contain the following: First name, last name, order number, and email address. This information must be identical to the information originally submitted on your order. Please provide contact information so we may contact you if we have questions in regards to canceling your order.
Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order, providing your order has not been charged and/or shipped out. In the event that a cancellation was submitted (via email or phone), and your order was not yet shipped out, we will gladly refund the complete balance charged including shipping. However, if the cancellation was received after the order was shipped, we will refund the merchandise total less shipping.
