Trip Preferences: Please select your room choice and whether you'd like to pay for the entire trip now or just a deposit to hold your spot. The standard trip price includes shared accommodations. If you'd like a room to yourself, there is a supplementary charge of $995 for the trip. Full payment is due 90 days before departure – you will receive a reminder email then, if you are only paying a deposit now.

Payment by check or bank draft: If you'd like to pay by check or bank draft, please click here to send us an email.

Travel details: Details about the trip, including what to pack, a camera equipment checklist and country-specific travel recommendations, will be sent to you well before the departure date. You should book your air travel as soon as possible after paying.

Travel insurance: You can purchase insurance from any company that offers travel insurance. You can find several options in the Cuba workshop FAQ. It is also advisable to carry insurance for your camera equipment. Please contact us after registration should you have any questions about insurance or need assistance in purchasing it.
